1. Sample Product Delivery

•  The company will provide sample products upon request. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs only.
•  Once the customer has received and approved the sample, the company will issue a Purchase Order (PO) for the customer’s signature to confirm the order.

2. Payment Options

Customers can choose from the following secure payment methods:

Option 1: Cash Payment

•  A 35% deposit of the total product value is required, payable directly to Aurora Wisdom Co., Ltd.
•  Upon product readiness, the company will arrange an appointment for the customer to inspect the products. Customers may also delegate a representative to inspect on their behalf.
•  After successful inspection, the remaining 65% balance must be paid before the products are loaded onto the container for shipping.

Option 2: Letter of Credit (L/C)

•  Customers can make full payment (100%) via Letter of Credit (L/C) At Sight.
•  The L/C should be opened in the name of Aurora Wisdom Co., Ltd.
•  The L/C must be established on the same day as the purchase order date to ensure seamless processing.

2.  Inspection Assurance: Customers have the option to personally inspect the products or appoint a representative to ensure quality and compliance before completing the final payment.
